You've got to check out this site, World Creativity and Innovation Week. It looks like something you might be interested in. There's lots of creative things to do. And their holding a big event on Saturday, April 17th called, "Admit it. You're Creative." You have to register soon though, because there are limited tickets available for a small donation.
